April 6, 2007, Balanced Choice Health Care, Inc. submitted the following
proposal to the Colorado Blue Ribbon Commission for Health Care Reform
for consideration as Colorado model for fixing the health care system.
The proposal describes a model that could be implemented in other states
as well as Colorado.
